At Revital Aesthetics, we strive to provide a personalized, positive experience for our clients. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays and emergencies can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request you to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance please contact us at 210-303-7137. 

Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will be responsible for 50% of the service(s) fee scheduled and an invoice will be sent to be paid immediately. 

No Show Policy: Clients that fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be responsible for a No Show fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s), and an invoice will be sent to be paid immediately. 

Late show (over 15 min) will shorten the duration and protocol of the scheduled service(s) without reducing the cost of the scheduled service(s). If we don’t hear from you about the delay within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a No Show and the No Show fee (as above) will be applied.
